TMC – LEAN/SIX SIGMA TRAINING CLASS
TMC ANNUAL 2020 – FEBRUARY 24-27 – ATLANTA, GEORGIA
We are inviting our meeting attendees to attend an additional in-depth LEAN/Six Sigma training class in Atlanta at the Georgia World Congress Center prior to the start of TMC’s Annual Meeting. This is in addition to the Management Session being given on Thursday, February 27 in regards to LEAN/Six Sigma training.
Limited seats are available!
During this expanded offering, we will delve into Lean Problem solving activities geared around the attendee’s fleet maintenance business needs by using their real business data. if properly prepared with useful data, attendees will end the day with multiple projects ready to implement when they return to work. The following list is an example of the LEAN tools to be used: A2, Pareto, Fishbone Diagram, low Hanging Fruit Model, Gant Chart, Spaghetti Diagram, Swim Lane Chart, Process Map, 5 Why and more.
Pre-work will be required. Be aware – this is not a simple “watch and learn” session and you should only attend if you are serious about actively participating. Additionally, attendees should be prepared to share the good, the bad and the ugly about their fleet maintenance operation and the potential to uncover the waste within it.
Space is limited: Call TMC at (703) 838-1763 or email tmc@trucking.org to sign up for the Saturday training session.
