- BE IN THE BUSINESS
Applicant must be actively engaged in the business of repair to heavy truck, tractor and trailer chassis frame, axles, housings, wheel straightening and balancing and alignment for a minimum of 2 years.
- BE ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS
Applicant must be a principle in the ownership of the firm and actively engaged in the business of the firm.
- HAVE SPONSORSHIP
Applicant must be sponsored by two of the three closest geographically located TARA members.
- SUBMIT REFERENCES
Applicant must submit five credit references and ten customer references.
- SHOP INSPECTION REQUIRED
Applicant must permit a physical inspection of their shop with regard to the actual capabilities of applicants shop, work and equipment. Equipment must be capable of correcting truck, trailer, trailer chassis frames to achieve OEM specifications for alignment of wheel, suspensions, body, cab and trailer frame.
Industry suppliers and service providers play a pivotal role within the heavy truck frame and axle repair industry. As an Allied member your company will have direct access to TARA members through networking events that can include product and service display opportunities. This personal engagement will enable closer alignment with the membership base that can result in new business opportunities and increased brand loyalty.
Today’s complex fleet maintenance needs require a trusted network of service and supply partners to ensure reduced downtime and longer equipment life. As a TARA Fleet member, your company will have direct access to a national network of highly qualified truck frame and axle repair facilities. Fleet members also benefit from repair discounts and continued education seminars.
Our complimentary Rapid Repair Response Team™ services also offer a single point of contact for fleet managers to help arrange transportation, shop assignment, insurance options and salvage services if necessary based on the incident location.
